QA/QC Introduction

A-  Pre- inspection

a)-Electric appliance components

1- we inspect all of the main electrical components, such as fan motor, controlling board, power board, remote control.. We test and inspect them piece by piece.

2- We make aging test for power board, controlling borad.

3- Power cord, inner electric wire,  capacitance, ionizer, PTC heating elements, thermal link, thermal cut-out, swing motor. For these components, we make sampling inspection.

b)- Plastic components

1- We make inspection for all the following plastic components:  cover, base, framework of heating elements, swing leaf.

2- We make sampling inspection for other plastic components.

c)- Packing material and printing products sampling inspection. Such as  gift box, export carton, manual instruction, rating label. We inspect if the printing contents are right and good.

B- Inspection on production line

a)- Half-finished products inspection. (Inspecting the inner installing)

b)- General inspection: Inspect technical parameter (function, safty), outer apperance of general structure.

c)- Inspection of stickers, cleaning, turning on. ( also named inspection before packing)

C- Final Finished products inspection

Sampling inspection, the percentage is 4%.

D- Patrolling inspection

Inspect all procedures not less than 4 times in 8 hours every day.

E- Inspector

In the smallest producing group, which has 28 workers, among them, it has 10 inspectors. The percentage of inspector is 36%.
